Comparative Market Analysis or CMA is a report used to establish a price recommendation for a listing property. In other words, a CMA is a report used to determine a fair market value for your home. Factors that contribute to this CMA report include:

Comparable sold listings

In your area (properties that have sold in the last 3-6 months in your area’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS)).


Comparable Active/Under Contract listings

In your area (properties currently listed in your area’s MLS).


Minimums & Maximums

The average size, price, square footage, age and length of time homes within your MLS were on the market.
